EXERCISE THERAPY

Exercise therapy is a paramedic treatment method, aimed at reducing, treating and avoiding complaints caused by incorrect posture and/or movement patterns, sometimes caused by a birth defect. The human body is an  amazing and well organised combination of muscles, bones and joints that we use on a daily basis. Walking, sitting , standing and bending are completely natural movements. Moving, for the most part, is usually managed on a subconscious level and many people develop a posture, set of movements and habits uniquely their own. Some of these habits may not be beneficial to the human body. The premise behind Exercise therapy is the notion that everyone can be taught a posture and movement pattern suited to them via dedicated and specific instruction.
