TIME MANAGEMENT & SELF DISCIPLINE

DR. RITIK DWIVEDI (P.T)

I’ve seen and read about many successful personalities they have their own perspective to visualise any thing in their way. They watch what they wanted to watch. They have schedule, management and also decision making ability. They maintain their schedule on time and this punctuality grooms them.
I usually prefer to read book and novels or go to kitchen to cook some stuff when I want to get relaxed from my schedule. But in this era, in 21st century if you  are saying that you have got some free time this means you are not focusing in shaping yourself. When it comes to result often people say if they could get this much time more. I don’t want to think like that. 24 hrs is less when you start managing your time. Time management is very tough task. Everyone can’t do this. Person who manages his time, which can be possible only by self discipline is the most concerned person for the future.

Moreover as I mentioned about self discipline this comes to you by will power. Control over your mind distractions and this is possible.
Time management makes a person perfect and better. Everyone knows the pros and cons of that work which they are doing in their daily life. But the thing is realisation of what they are going to do would be good enough for them or not. If it comes to you by someone maybe your friend, parents, relatives anyone else then its good but if it clicks you automatically without being introduced by any third person then its very good.
Everything in this universe is related anyhow. Similarly Punctuality, Time management, self discipline, will power, strength, capacity all are related in some manner. The only thing is to recognise the way in which all these can be maintained.
